Instructions:

 

1) Discard the bishop's nose

2) Put the duck into your steamer and steam for 30 mins with high heat. Do make sure to check the water level from time to time if you are using a wok for steaming!

3) Fry the skin of the duck if you wish to enjoy the smoked duck with crispy skin. Otherwise, just cut & serve!
